Panneaux et accessoires de panneaux (PPA)

PPA include single skin panels, sandwich panels, trim profiles and flashings, outsourced standard components, and building accessories. While all roofs are made of panels, walls are often partially or fully open to accommodate block walls, prefabricated panels, or access openings.

Single skin panels are trapezoidal ribbed sheets, roll-formed from steel or aluminum coils coated with AluZinc, mill finish or pre-painted, and cut to length to meet the specific requirements of each building.

Sandwich panels consist of a polyurethane foam core sandwiched between two single metal panels (or one external single panel and one internal panel with laminated aluminum facing).

Trim profiles and flashings include eave trims, eave gutters, downpipes, gable trims, curved fascia panels, flashings around building accessories, etc. They are manufactured from pre-painted steel or aluminum sheets coated with AluZinc, formed to the required shape using roll formers, presses, or bending machines.

These elements ensure the weather-tightness of the building and contribute to the clean and finished appearance of a pre-engineered steel building (PEB).
