A travers le financement annuel de ces activit\u00e9s, nous aidons ces enfants \u00e0 vivre sans complexes.<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Pour information, le NOMA est une infection fulgurante qui touche principalement les enfants vivant dans des conditions de grande pauvret\u00e9. Elle provoque une gangr\u00e8ne du visage, souvent mortelle ou extr\u00eamement d\u00e9figurante.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">L\u2019accompagnement de PROMETAL, permet de r\u00e9aliser des op\u00e9rations de reconstruction faciale, redonnant dignit\u00e9 et espoir \u00e0 des personnes marginalis\u00e9es par leur apparence physique.
