Son soutien \u00e0 cet \u00e9tablissement public s\u2019\u00e9tend \u00e0 plusieurs domaines, notamment :<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Soutien \u00e0 l'\u00e9ducation et \u00e0 la m\u00e9ritocratie<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Bourses d'\u00e9tudes :<\/strong> Chaque ann\u00e9e, PROMETAL s\u00e9lectionne l'un des meilleurs \u00e9l\u00e8ves du bac scientifique du Lyc\u00e9e d'Oyack. L'entreprise finance ses \u00e9tudes sup\u00e9rieures jusqu'\u00e0 l'obtention d'un dipl\u00f4me d'ing\u00e9nieur (5 ans), incluant des stages acad\u00e9miques et professionnels dans ses usines. \u00c0 l'issue de ses \u00e9tudes, l'\u00e9tudiant est recrut\u00e9 en tant que cadre.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Journ\u00e9es de l'Excellence :<\/strong> PROMETAL soutient l'\u00e9cole dans l'organisation des \u201c Journ\u00e9es d\u2019Excellence \u201d, c\u00e9r\u00e9monies d\u00e9di\u00e9es \u00e0 la r\u00e9compense des meilleurs \u00e9l\u00e8ves de la 6\u00e8me \u00e0 la Terminale.
