N\u00e9e \u00e0 Mbandjock et install\u00e9e \u00e0 Douala au cours de son adolescence, Marie Paulette NGO BOUM \u2013 surnomm\u00e9e \u201c MP \u201d par ses proches \u2013 obtient son Baccalaur\u00e9at G1 en 1997, suivi d\u2019un BTS en Action Commerciale. Passionn\u00e9e par la gestion et les chiffres, elle enrichit son parcours acad\u00e9mique de plusieurs Brevets Professionnels (BP1 et BP2) en 2011. Cela lui ouvre les portes de PROMETAL Groupe, alors \u00e0 ses d\u00e9buts, le 1er avril de la m\u00eame ann\u00e9e, en tant qu'h\u00f4tesse d'accueil et assistante de la directrice de la communication.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Mais son amour toujours croissant pour les chiffres a aiguis\u00e9 sa curiosit\u00e9 et l'a amen\u00e9e \u00e0 obtenir son BP3 en 2012. Deux ans plus tard, en 2014, elle a rejoint le Service des Achats et de la Logistique Locale (SAAL) en tant que Cadre, avant d'\u00eatre promue Gestionnaire en 2016.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Depuis, Marie Paulette a pleinement pris en main ses responsabilit\u00e9s : la gestion des achats et de l'approvisionnement dans un contexte d'investissements constants et de sollicitations multiples des diff\u00e9rents sites du Groupe. Sous l'impulsion du Directeur G\u00e9n\u00e9ral, et avec le soutien du service Qualit\u00e9, elle a mis en place des proc\u00e9dures structur\u00e9es qui garantissent des interactions fiables avec les fournisseurs et une gestion des approvisionnements efficace.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Aujourd'hui, m\u00e8re et femme de foi, elle allie rigueur professionnelle et f\u00e9minit\u00e9 ind\u00e9niable.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

En tant que membre la plus exp\u00e9riment\u00e9e de l'effectif de PROMETAL, Marie Paulette est loin d'avoir fini de laisser sa marque.
