Support for Education and Meritocracy
- Scholarships: Each year, PROMETAL selects one of the top-performing students in the scientific Baccalaureate at Lycée d’Oyack. The company finances their higher education until the completion of an engineering degree (5 years), including academic and professional internships in its factories. Upon graduation, the student is recruited as a manager.
- Excellence Days: PROMETAL supports the school in organizing “Excellence Days,” ceremonies dedicated to rewarding the best students from 6ème to Terminale. Scholarships, laptops, and financial envelopes are awarded to encourage academic performance.
Improvement of School Infrastructure
- Renovation of Buildings: Since 2015, PROMETAL has fully renovated 12 buildings of 6 classrooms. Each significantly improving learning conditions.
- Construction of a Multi-Sports Complex: Faced with the lack of safe sports infrastructure, PROMETAL invested more than 120 million FCFA to build a complex equipped with football, handball, volleyball, and tennis courts.
