Prometal is a Cameroonian company created in 2010.
A steel and metallurgy industry with the best technology in the sector
in sub-Saharan Africa, Prometal structures its activity around 5 operational sites, 6 steel trades, and 230 steel products.

In 15 years of activity, PROMETAL has shown its commitment to the industrial emergence of Cameroon. Moreover, all our actions contribute to the perfect autonomy of our country in terms of steel according to the state vision planned in the PID35.

In order to better support its customers and stakeholders PROMETAL is committed to addressing the needs through constant questioning. Thus all our actions contribute to the objective of satisfying their requirements by a quality service and products complied with the current legislation.
Our Quality Management System in line with the ISO 9001 Quality Standard has been certified since February 2014 by an internationally recognized organization.

Our managerial vision is summarized in 05 fundamental commitments that define the functioning of our System:
