A PROMETAL student is much more than just a scholarship recipient; this plan, which was launched at PROMETAL over seven years ago, is a symbol of meritocracy, academic excellence and civic engagement.
The aim of this plan is to promote greater equity in the face of the inherent inequalities in our society.

- Around five of the top-performing students in the science A-levels are selected from technical and general secondary schools in the vicinity of our facilities
3. A fully supported plan
- Students are free to choose any institution or prestigious university within Cameroon, provided that the course of study corresponds to one of our fields of work
- Full funding for the five-year engineering degree plan.
- Academic and work placements carried out at our factories, providing hands-on experience
4. Guaranteed professional integration
- Guaranteed employment upon graduation
- Contributing to the management of technical teams that play an active role in the development of PROMETAL
