1. Product description
Annealed steel wire, obtained by cold drawing from SAE 1006 wire rod.
Available in diameter 1.10 with tolerances in accordance with the NC 238:2021 standard, the wire is colised into bundles or crowns of weights ranging from 3.75kg to 5kg.
2. Geometric characteristics
The standard diameter is 1.10.
However, different diameters between 1.10 and 4mm can be made to order. The standard tolerances on the diameter are those defined in the CN 238:2021 standard, however different tolerances can be applied on request.
3. Packing and packaging
The yarn is packaged in bundles or crowns, of standard weights indicated in the table below. However, other packages can be supplied on order within the limit of 50kg per crown.

In all cases, the tolerance on the colise weight is ± 1%.
4. Labelling
Each crown has a securely attached label stating:
– Designation: Tie wire
– Diameter 1.10 and mass of the product
– Date of manufacture, CN 238:2021
