A prefabricated steel building consists of two distinct subsystems: the prefabricated steel structure and the panels with their fittings. On average, the steel structure accounts for 80% of the building’s total weight.
Raw materials are inspected by the quality control team prior to the fully automated cutting and thermal shearing stages. The flanges and webs of the sections are joined using automatic submerged arc welding, ensuring consistent quality.
The finishing is carried out using semi-automatic gas-shielded welding (NIG/TIG).
