Steel Construction

The Ras Al Khaimah factory has been built and equipped, from the start, to have a monthly production capacity of 6000 metric tons (MT) of Pre- Engineered Steel Buildings “PEB” and 4000 MT of Hot Rolled Steel Structures “HRSS”. The factory is made up of five distinct buildings that are built on a 200 m wide x 444 m long plot. The five buildings are separated by wide corridors to allow for easier maneuverability, better natural lighting (wall lights) and better ventilation (wall mounted sandtrap louvers). The result is a superior working environment for our workers and the ability to expand each building independently of other buildings. Built-Up Sections are produced in a 40 m wide x 217.5 m long building. Hot Rolled Sections are produced in a 40 m wide x 232.5 m long building.
